
Meet Monice Howell (Coach Moe)
After going through a phase of depression, anxiety, and low self-confidence, I decided to make a lifestyle change and work on myself. I began to work on my nutrition, eliminating unhealthy habits, doing workouts at home, and taking hiking adventures. Since then, I have regained my self-confidence and now helping several others with their nutrition, fitness and lifestyle change. I am currently a certified Xtreme Hip Hop Instructor and ISSA Personal Trainer. I enjoy teaching step aerobics, hiking and throwing fitness and wellness events. My mission and purpose is to help motivate and encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle.

Xtreme Hip Hop w/ Moe
Join Coach Moe for Xtreme Hip Hop for a workout burning some MAJOR calories using the step board. Beginners class is every Monday at 6:30 pm and intermediate/advance class is every Wednesday at 6:30 pm. Membership option available.
